My name is Rhonda
Hey Worship Leaders!
I’ve had the absolute joy of leading worship for over 20 years across
all kinds of ministries, and let me tell you—it has been one incredible
journey! From different ages to diverse communities, every experience
has been a blessing that’s shaped me into the worship leader I am today.
I am a gospel singer, coach, evangelist, wife speaker and coach
I still remember my first time leading worship—yikes! I was beyond
grateful for an amazing mentor who encouraged me to embrace my
calling. But let’s be real—figuring out how to choose the right songs,
work with a team, and lead effectively? That came with a lot of trial and error.
That’s exactly why I created The Set List Cellar a fun, encouraging, and resource-packed space for worshipers just like you! Whether you’re leading with full production or just an acoustic guitar, this is your place to learn, grow, and thrive in worship leadership.
Let me just say before any of those titles, I'm a woman who has had to learn how to keep trusting, worshipping, finding joy, and moving forward when life didn't happen exactly the way I expected.
I've discovered that sometimes you can love God, serve faithfully, and encourage everybody around you...
and still need your own heart refreshed.
Forever Worship grew out of my desire to create a space where women could receive that refreshment.
I don't want to simply tell you to "have faith" or "keep going."
I want us to worship together, get into the Word, have honest conversations, laugh, learn practical tools and actually walk this thing out together.
You don't have to perform here.

You’ll always have access to content that helps you grow in your worship lifestyle. When you’re ready (and if it fits your season), you can step into the Forever Worship Room — but there’s no pressure or expiration date on your growth.

Can I switch from free to paid later?
Yes! Once you're inside the community, you can upgrade anytime. You’re free to move between the Forever Worship Family and the Forever Worship Room at any time. If life gets busy or finances shift, you can pause or downgrade with no penalty — and you’ll still remain part of the Family. When you’re ready to go deeper again, simply upgrade. Easy and flexible.

⏰ How much time do I need to commit? You can grow at your own pace. Most people spend about 1–2 hours a month inside the Forever Worship Room, but everything is available on-demand, so you can watch sessions, study Scripture reflections, or use the resources whenever it works for your schedule.
No deadlines. No overwhelm. Just steady growth.

🎶 What makes this different from a church worship team or generic worship training? Most church training focuses on music and ministry specific needs. The Set List Cellar focuses on heart and lifestyle. We go beyond rehearsals and songs, into Scripture, rest, creativity, and personal renewal. You’ll still grow in skill, but our first goal is that your private worship fuels your public ministry.
This is a safe space where worshipers are refreshed, equipped, and reminded that their identity comes before their assignment.

While it’s not a one-on-one coaching program, you’ll still have real opportunities to ask questions, share your progress, and receive personal encouragement.
