Bio

Rhonda is a worshipper known for her charismatic, joyful yet pure ability to lead people into the presence of God.

She loves to inspire and motivate people through singing, speaking, mentorship and coaching! Not only has she had experience ministering in the church, but her ministry of songwriting and singing has impacted the lives of others in unconventional settings such as college, school districts, birthday celebrations, and much more. She is excited that her debut album, “Forever Worship,” will be released soon.  She believes there is a word for every season and a song for every occasion. 

 

Rhonda is a nonprofit manager and founded Finding Your Heart Incorporated. An organization dedicated to helping women discover purpose, date with purpose, and discover who they are before marriage. While earning her Masters in Business Administration and Project Management, she realized that she always had an innate ability to help others become unstuck and strategically move forward with JOY. Continuing her certifications, she became a certified recovery coach, which has given her various skill sets to help others. She has had several years in the nonprofit arena, allowing her to obtain grants and be a part of multiple strategic planning groups. She is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of R and R Administration and Consulting.
